Methods of Payment
Elite Hawaiian Vacations accept all major credit cards; including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payments can also be made by wire transfer as well as Personal Checks.

Reservations and Deposits
The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of the reservation request.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. All reservation requests made 60 days prior to travel date or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request.

A security deposit is required on all properties.

Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received by our office within 3 business days of your request, which will be the day paperwork is issued. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if fee schedules are not met. You may request an extension at the time of booking the property.

Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled anytime up to 5 weeks prior to arrival, although rescheduling is subject to a $100 fee. If rescheduled dates are at a higher rate then the difference will be made up at the time of change.

Cancellations and Refunds
Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation we will attempt to re-rent the property for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property but in those cases where we are unable to secure another rental, we regret that no refunds can be made. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
